The Big Black Hole.

At times it can feel like your drowning under the pressure of being an adult/teenager.

It can feel like being stuck in an unknown world and everything is rushing by.

You can think you have everything together and it just rushes through your fingers like sand in an hour glass.

Or worse of all: it can be as if your stuck in a black hole. Were, no matter were you turn, no matter who you try and reach out to or scream too…..no one can hear you. No one can see you.

Then there’s a light. A bright light that throws you a rope in the sea of fear. A hand that pulls you from the frightening unknown. Water that binds the sand to form blocks.

A light that eases the choking, suffacting darkness. And you know who it is……..its you and a friend. Or a simple strange. A doctor who has shed light on a fear. But it starts with you.

A black hole is scary, all consuming.  But a black hole started out as a star. Be that star again and shine.
